Embark on a journey through the night that offers subtle energies inviting you to relax and unwind to the scent of soothing incense. Learn to care for yourself during the night hours and gracefully seal your day.
We invite you to take a stroll through the meadow, where you will discover herbs for making tea full of inspiration in the form of raspberry, tiny daisies, and rosehips, by moonlight. In the middle of this meadow, you can stop and greet Luna with a yoga exercise.
But the night brings with it darkness along with carefree sleep. Whether personified by Lady Midnight or by Death itself, this aspect of the night is also explored in the following pages. Fear not! You will learn to banish all that might terrify you, both from your home and from your soul, through shadow work.
Finally, it is certainly worth mentioning the artistic and visual part of this journal, which was contributed by Jezinka with her handmade glass lamps, Brad Robert Benford with his illustrations and Taxus (Šárka Sedláková) with photographs of the Moon. Read along with them a thrilling bedtime story.
